1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using smm.aldushin.ru (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
smm.aldushin.ru is a customer conversation platform that helps small businesses and content creators manage incoming comments and direct messages on their Instagram Business accounts. The Service provides a unified inbox, reply templates, and keyword-based rules for responding to customer-initiated interactions, operating through the official Instagram Graph API.

4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a valid Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator).
- You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Instagram Community Guidelines.
5. Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Respond only to customer-initiated conversations (comments on your own posts or messages sent to your account).
- Not use the Service for spam, mass messaging, cold outreach, unsolicited advertising, or any activity prohibited by Meta.
- Configure reply templates that are truthful, non-deceptive, and relevant to your business.
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Not attempt to circumvent Instagram's rate limits or messaging window policies (24-hour standard window, 7-day window with valid human_agent tag if applicable).
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited promotional messages or broadcasts.
- Scrape or harvest Instagram data for purposes outside the Service.
- Impersonate other individuals or businesses.
- Harass, defame, or threaten other Instagram users.
- Violate applicable laws of the Russian Federation or your local jurisdiction.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and data deletion.
7. Instagram Platform Compliance
You acknowledge that Instagram is a third-party platform owned by Meta Platforms, Inc., and that access to the Instagram API may be modified, restricted, or revoked by Meta at any time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Instagram features.
8. Fees and Free Tier
The Service currently offers a free tier covering up to 500 unique customer interactions per month per connected account. Paid tiers may be introduced in the future; we will notify users at least 30 days in advance.
9. Data Processing
Our handling of your data and your customers' Instagram data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by using the “Delete all my data” action in Settings or by emailing support@aldushin.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or Meta's policies. Upon termination, we initiate deletion of your data within 30 days.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 10,000 RUB, whichever is greater.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.
